The Hoffman Kofman Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to develop leaders into active exemplars of excellence who elicit internal commitment to a shared mission of creating social and economic value from their followers and team members.

 

The initiative was founded by Mr. Reid G. Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, Partner at the venture capital firm Greylock Partners, Prof. Fred Kofman, Senior Leadership Coach at Google, former MIT Professor and Zur Genosar, Israeli businessman and mindfulness teacher, with former CEO and VP positions in leading corporates.    

 

Learning is led personally by Prof. Kofman, one of the world's most prominent leadership experts, and coach to top business executives such as Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadela, and others.
