We aim to develop leaders who will create an impactful social and economic value for their organizations, and in turn, for the state of Israel. Leaders who become exemplars of excellence, and who behave in a manner that earns them the moral authority to elicit the internal commitment of their followers for the shared mission.

The Personal Development Program is based on a holistic leadership model encompassing both soft and hard skills, such as:

Mindful Leadership: Developing awareness and presence in leadership, being fully attuned to oneself, others, and the environment in decision-making.

Emotional Intelligence: The ability to understand, control, and express emotions in a balanced way, fostering positive relationships and empathy.

Communication: Engaging in difficult conversations by emphasizing the importance of active listening, understanding different perspectives, and expressing your truth honestly and respectfully.

Team Building Winning Together: Boosting Team Energy, Overcoming Team Dysfunctions, Building the Ideal Team, Fostering Psychological Safety, Establishing Rules of Engagement, Encouraging Constructive Disagreements, Enhancing Team Coordination, and Maximizing Time Efficiency.

Coaching: Leadership in the modern work environment, emphasizing the shift from traditional hierarchical structures to collaborative, dynamic teams. Coaching as a tool for leadership development, fostering personal and professional growth through structured, outcome-focused conversations. Empowering individuals, encouraging self-discovery, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and accountability.

Co-Evaluation: Improving communication and leadership through constructive performance conversations, and the importance of non-judgmental feedback. It emphasizes fostering collaboration, personal growth, and mutual respect in discussions to enhance trust and effectiveness within teams.

Culture: The importance of organizational culture and its role in enabling effective execution within an organization. Culture is the invisible force that shapes how people think, act, and communicate, and is formed by shared beliefs, values, and norms. Shaping and guiding culture through leaders' behaviour and decision-making, both in everyday actions and under pressure. Building and maintaining a healthy culture, focusing on setting standards, demonstrating them through actions, and fostering accountability within the team.

Humility: Acknowledging personal limitations, embracing feedback, and fostering a learning environment.

Responsibility: Taking responsibility for your life by recognizing the power of your ability to respond to situations, choosing how to react in a way that aligns with your values.

Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving conflicts constructively, promoting harmony within teams.

Commitment: Developing commitment by mastering the skills of saying "no" to non-essential tasks, making clear and accountable commitments, and fostering integrity in personal and professional relationships.

Resilience: Through breathing techniques and mindfulness, building the capacity to recover quickly from setbacks and remain focused on goals.

Stoicism: Exploring Stoicism as a philosophy for living a purposeful life. Learning how to deal with obstacles as opportunities for growth, cultivating self-discipline, and practicing acceptance of what is beyond our control.

The program is designed to foster the qualities needed to lead with strength, responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
The program is based on a uniquely developed methodology that demands the active participation of members, personal sharing, discussion, peer learning, and case studies.
The program is highly implementable and will focus on three areas of applying the learned material into everyday life: intrapersonal (relationship to self), interpersonal (relationship to team), and impersonal(relationship to unit/society).
Structure & Schedule
We offer 4 different kinds of groups:

Kickoff - December 2025.

10 Weekly group sessions - in groups of 6-7 participants
-
Facilitated by senior facilitators, graduates of the Hoffman-Kofman programs.

Learning materials – a weekly content digest, where participants will watch videos, listen to audio, and read.

Mindfulness workshop - half day workshop for the whole cohort
Requirements

Participants will be required to attend all sessions: the opening event, and all weekly group coaching sessions.

To embody the holistic approach demonstrated in the leadership model, each participant will commit to maintaining a daily mindfulness practice and breathing exercise (20 minutes a day).

Commitment to invest an average of 5 hours per week :
- Personal practice of mindfulness & breathing: 10 minutes every day (1 hour).
- Content digest: self-managed time (up to 2 hours).
- Weekly team meeting (2 hours).
