Content
The Personal Development Program is based on a holistic leadership model encompassing both soft and hard skills, such as:
-
Mindful Leadership: Developing awareness and presence in leadership, being fully attuned to oneself, others, and the environment in decision-making.
-
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to understand, control, and express emotions in a balanced way, fostering positive relationships and empathy.
-
Communication: Engaging in difficult conversations by emphasizing the importance of active listening, understanding different perspectives, and expressing your truth honestly and respectfully.
-
Humility: Acknowledging personal limitations, embracing feedback, and fostering a learning environment.
-
Responsibility: Taking responsibility for your life by recognizing the power of your ability to respond to situations, choosing how to react in a way that aligns with your values.

The program is designed to foster the qualities needed to lead with strength, responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
The program is based on a uniquely developed methodology that demands the active participation of members, personal sharing, discussion, peer learning, and case studies.
