Learning directly from Professor Fred Kofman, MIT Professor, Ex-VP leadership at Google, Ex-VP leadership at Linkedin. Prof. Kofman is one of the world's most prominent leadership experts and coach to top business executives as Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadela, Etc. 

Mission

 

We aim to develop leaders who will create an impactful social and economic value for their corporates, and in turn, for the state of Israel.

Leaders who become exemplars of excellence, and who behave in a manner that earns them the moral authority to elicit the internal commitment of their followers for the shared mission.

Content

 

  • 360-degree skill set development based on a wholistic leadership model encompassing both soft and hard skills such as: Team Work, Communication Skills, Coaching, Conscious Business, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Wellbeing, Economy and Philosophy. 

 

  • The program relies on a robust syllabus which is distills methods, information and best practice from a 100 different books, numerous essays, studies and videos. 

 

  • Pillars of content will include Prof. Kofman's two leadership books: Conscious Business - How to Build Value Through Values (2008); and The Meaning Revolution - The Power of Transcendent Leadership (2018). 

 

  • The Course is based on a uniquely developed methodology which demands the active participation by the members, personal sharing and discussion, project base learning and case studies. 

 

  • The program is highly implemental and will focus on three areas of applying the learned material into everyday life: intrapersonal (relationship to self), interpersonal (relationship to team), and impersonal (relationship to company/society).

Structure & Schedule

 

  • Kickoff - June 1st, 2021.

 

  • Mini workshops with Prof. Kofman and Facilitators - will take place during June in groups of 6 (each participant will join one workshop).

 

  • Bi-Weekly group sessions - in groups of 6 participants with a designated senior facilitator, to discuss the leadership content and its applications. The meetings will be held virtually using zoom.

 

  • Online learning platform – weekly content digest will be available online where participants will watch videos, listen to audio, read, and take quizzes.

 

Requirements

 

  • Holders of VP positions/Members of the Management Team/Board Members in leading Israeli corporates.

 

  • Participants will be required to attend all sessions: opening event, mini-workshop, all weekly group coaching sessions. 

 

  • In order to embody the holistic approach demonstrated in the leadership model, each participant will commit to maintaining a daily mindfulness practice and breathing exercise (20 minutes a day).

 

  • Commitment to invest an average of 7 hours per week :

- Personal practice of mindfulness & breathing: 20 minutes every day (2.5 hours a week).

- Personal physical practice: self-managed time (1.5 hours a week).

- Content digest: self-managed time (1.5 hours a week).

- Bi-Weekly group meeting (2 hours bi-weekly on zoom).

- Bi-Weekly mindfulness session (1 hour bi-weekly on zoom).
